Recipe:
320g almond flour
70g coconut flour
40g ground raw flaxseeds
40g psyllium husk (isabgul)
15g baking powder
7.5g salt
30mL evoo
5mL acv
475mL warm water
āCombine all ingredients
āKnead for 2-3 min until dough is mildly sticky only
āCover and let sit for 10-15 min
āShape into loaf
āBake in 200C oven for 55 min
āTurn heat down to 180C and cook for 15-25 min more until a toothpick comes out clean
āLet cool, slice and enjoy! ?
